Description
Insect Essentials 100g is a vitamin and mineral supplement for soft bills which should be added to insectivorous diets. It contains a full vitamin and mineral range as well as extra calcium to address the calcium/phosphorous inbalance in insectivorous diets and also limiting amino acids, lysine and methionine.
Alternatively, put insects in a bag with Insect Essentials and shake until coated.
Insect Essentials will help with the general health of your bird, as well as helping with moulting.
If a calcium deficiency is suspected, then Calcivet can be used alongside Insect Essentials.
Insect Essentials 100g application:
Add to food daily at the rate of 1 level teaspoon per kg bird weight. e.g. 1 teaspoon per day for 7 British Blackbirds. Alternatively, put live foods ins a bag with Insect Essentials and shake until coated.
Active ingredients:
Vitamins A, D3, E, K, B12, C. Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Pyridoxine, Folic acid, Choline Bitatrate and Biotin. Minerals include magnesium, Zinc, sulphur, iron, cobalt, copper, manganese, selenium, calcium and iodine.
