Palm Nuts 1kg are an irresistible, nutritious and sweet tasting natural food. They provide good levels of Vitamin E ( which enhances the immune system) and magnesium (which aids in nutrient delivery).

Palm Nuts should be stored frozen, to prepare simply remove 1 or 2 at a time and place in a fridge to thaw overnight, or leave out for a period during the day. Then rinse and hand them over to the Parrot.

The high oil content of Palm Nuts means they can be refrozen without any affect on taste or quality.
