Tidymix Vegetable Crunch Parrot Treat mix combines beetroot slices, carrot slices, pumpkin seeds and soya mince. You can simply serve some up in a separate feeding bowl as a treat, or mix some into your bird’s usual food, or help promote foraging by hiding some in the bird’s toys.

Vegetables provide an essential role in a bird’s diet. They are packed full of essential vitamins and minerals and are high in fibre.  Serve this mix dry or soak it for a few minutes to soften it up.

Beetroot is rich in fibre which aids in digestion and is known to increase antioxidant enzymes and white blood cells.

Carrots are a good source of dietary fibre and Vitamin A which is known to be important for growth, maintaining the immune system and for good vision.

Pumpkin seeds are known to help keep the heart healthy, support the immune system, contain omega-3 fats and have an anti-inflammatory benefit.

Soya mince is made from the soya bean which contains a good source of dietary fibre, is naturally low in saturated fat and salt and known to help keep the heart healthy.
