All our rats are sent out in sealed purpose designed boxes.
Packed with dry ice.
Delivered before 4pm the next day by specialised couriers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to the nature of this product we are only able to ship to mainland UK and all orders are despatched Monday to noon Thursday only.
This product is NOT for Human Consumption.
Unfortunately we can no-longer despatch frozen to the Scottish Highlands due to withdrawal of courier services.
PLEASE NOTE
Owing to the frozen nature of this product the courier will only attempt delivery once and it is the buyers responsibility to have someone available to accept delivery or to leave a notice on their front door as to where to safely leave the product.
Frozen products will be destroyed if delivery fails and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.
This does not in any way affect our guarantee of quality of all frozen foods in circumstances where they are delivered successfully.
